
The 2009 Coastal Wetland Conservation Grants, administered by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, will provide $20.1 million for 25 projects provide long-term conservation benefits to fish, wildlife and habitat on more than 13,543 acres in 12 states. Twelve of the 2009 grants – more than $10.7 million – will be awarded to Pacific Coast Joint Venture partners for projects in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.
